The main business is Exporters of all kinds of Cotton yarn Dyed Fabrics, Piece Dyed,Grey Fabrics and Spinning Yarn, to the international needs for manufacturers of textile and weaving Industry also big chain stores.
Born in a family expert in textile business and following the family heritage of his grandfather & father Mr. Hemanth, MBA from Australia specialized into marketing is a third generation young entrepreneur is currently managing the family business. He has a Zest to promote, achieving brands and desire to create landmark and impact the industry. |

| Following are the snapshots of our journey since beginning, till date as a third generation business house: |

1957 – Mr. Ganesan’s father Sri. K.C. Markendeya have a started the family business supplying yarn, fabrics and Lungies to the domestic market.
- 1984 – Mr. Ganesan Started a Subashini Enterprises and Subashini International as proprietor firm and took the family business with a new name.
- 1989 - Strategically entered in to exports of yarn and fabric products, catering to the international requirements.
- 1991 - Started Textiles Exports operations of Shree Sabari Tex
- 1991 & 1992 - the group was one of the best performers in the Export promotion Council.
- 1994 – Mr. Ganesan started Chennai Textiles, a firm with proprietor Mr. K.M. Ganesan and in 2007 converted in to Partnership concern with K.M. Ganesan and Mrs. K.G. Bhuuvaneswari which is currently operating in the same name.
- Between 1998 to 2005 did Garment Exports to Canada, United Kingdom, etc. under firm name Sree Dhandhadha Clothing.
- Since 1985 the group is banking with Vijaya Bank Now Bank Of Baroda and enjoyed benefits like Bill Discounts, PCL between the period of 1989 to 1993, and later the business was self-sufficient to manage with its own operating funds for executing the business process.
- In the recent years Chennai Textiles participated in many business exhibitions and gathering across the globe to cater the supply of Yarn and Fabrics by means of export, hence stall representations were made in the years 2013 & 2014 at the relevant exhibitions.
- Found the fabric market reducing in United States of America, so penetrated to East Asian Market and identified a new scope of business.
- The Company is intending to make a turnover of USD 5 Million in the year 2015 and a growth rate of 20% is anticipated in the year 2016 onwards.

Quality being watchword in the textile business, Chennai Textiles has specially trained quality control technicians, who monitor the production process right from purchase, yarn dyeing, weaving, printing, up to the shipment stage of inspected goods. Production samples are drawn at random from each lot for control testing and a thorough final inspection of the consignment is undertaken before each shipment. Our testing standards equal to the global standards.
